Pearl Abyss has unveiled significant new content for Black Desert on all platforms, introducing powerful combat abilities to the mobile version and sharing developer insights for the PC/console MMO. Here’s what’s new:
Black Desert Mobile: Rabam Skills Arrive
The mobile version now features Rabam Skills, ultimate abilities designed to complement each class’s strengths:
- Class-Specific Ultimates: Every class gets two unique Rabam Skills, usable simultaneously in combat
- Progression System: Skills grow stronger with upgrades via Rabam Skillbooks (earned through quests and leveling)
- Visual Flair: Activating a skill summons a character’s illusion for dramatic effect
- Unlock Requirements: Complete the Trials from the Ancient Times quest and reach Level 70
These skills aim to add depth to mobile combat, mirroring a system long available in Black Desert Online. The update also includes class balancing and adjustments to Black Shrine and Nightmare content.
