Dungeon Fighter Online, the long-running 2D beat-em-up MMORPG from Nexon, rolled out a new update titled “Forged God, Nabel” on June 27. This marks the arrival of the first-ever raid in the Sunken Depths region, expanding the game’s roster of challenging endgame content.
The centerpiece of the update is the introduction of Nabel, also known as Artificial God No. 3, a powerful entity resulting from collaboration between in-game factions. The new raid dives into the lore surrounding Nabel, who possesses a range of elemental powers and a mysterious connection to the planet Terra. Players will need to navigate challenging mechanics and team coordination to clear this raid, which is available in multiple modes to accommodate different playstyles.
- Forged God, Nabel Raid: The first Sunken Depths raid is now available in Solo, Matching, Normal, and Hard modes, offering varying degrees of difficulty.
- New Fusion Stones: Defeating Nabel gives players a chance to acquire the latest Fusion Stones, which enhance stats and provide customization for advanced builds.
- Limited-Time Raid Challenges: Players who clear the raid within the first two weeks can earn exclusive cosmetic rewards including unique costumes and party request frames.
- Support Events: Additional in-game events offer resources like Doom Oracles and farming support, designed to help players prepare for and tackle the raid.
Despite being 20 years old now, Dungeon Fighter Online still remains enormously popular, mostly in China and South Korea.
