Exoprimal May Be Cross-Platform, But Its Party Creation Isn’t

Published:

While the upcoming dino shooter Exoprimal may be cross-platform, party creation will suffer from the same limitations it had during beta. You’ll be playing the game with and against others on different platforms, but partying up together will be another matter entirely.

Today the developers clarified the restrictions in a Tweet:

Xbox players will be able to party up with other Xbox and Windows (aka Gamepass) users, PlayStation 4 and 5 can party up with each other, then Steam users will be in a pool of their own.

Not exactly the best way to “play with friends” regardless of platform… hopefully this gets changed sooner rather than later.

Exoprimal is scheduled to launch on July 14.
